AARON SHERMAN

With 15+ years of diverse fitness training including Collegiate Football, the US Army and Euro League Basketball, fitness has always been an integral part of my life. My major areas of expertise are physique transformation, sports conditioning,  and post-rehabilitative training. Taking a functional approach to fitness, my clients are put through a challenging training but are never bored with the same old crunches and squats! Whether it be weight loss, building muscle, increasing speed and agility, or overall fitness, a custom tailored corrective program is created to get maximum results.

ALLEN MCFADDEN

Coming from a relatable fitness journey of shedding the pounds myself, I have developed a reputation for helping clients achieve dramatic and lasting results. In addition to my skills and education as a fitness trainer, I also draw on the strict education and intense physicality of my time training both stateside and in my most recent tour in Afghanistan.  My passion and devotion for fitness, in addition to my innovative and challenging techniques will bring you an exciting and rewarding workout!
