With 15+ years of diverse fitness training including Collegiate Football, the US Army and Euro League Basketball, fitness has always been an integral part of my life. My major areas of expertise are physique transformation, sports conditioning, and post-rehabilitative training. Taking a functional approach to fitness, my clients are put through a challenging training but are never bored with the same old crunches and squats!
